If the system malfunctions, the "ECO OFF" switch indicator flashes for a few seconds, then stays on steadily.

Have the system checked by a CITROËN dealer or a qualified workshop.

In the event of a fault in STOP mode, the engine may stop. All warning lights in the instrument panel come on. In this case, switch off the ignition, then start the engine using the key.

The Stop & Start function requires a 12 V battery with special technology and specifications. Any work on this type of battery must be carried out only at a CITROËN dealer or a qualified workshop. More information on the 12 V battery is given in the relevant section.
