Service indicator

The system informs the driver of the distance remaining until the next service, in accordance with the manufacturer's maintenance schedule.
The distance is calculated from the last reset of the indicator, depending on the distance travelled and the time since the last service.
On BlueHDi Diesel versions, the degree of engine oil deterioration is also taken into account (depending on the country of sale).Distance to next service above 3000 km
When the ignition is switched on, no information appears on the display.
Distance to next service between 1000 km and 3000 km
When the ignition is switched on, the spanner symbol for service operations lights up for 5 seconds.
The distance remaining until the next service is shown on the total odometer line of the display.
Example: 2800 km remaining until the next service.
When the ignition is switched on, the display shows for 5 seconds:

5 seconds after the ignition is switched on, the spanner symbol goes out and the total odometer returns to normal display. The display therefore shows the total odometer.

Distance to next service below 1000 km
Example: 900 km remaining until the next service.
When the ignition is switched on, the display shows for 5 seconds:

5 seconds after the ignition is switched on, the total odometer returns to normal display. The spanner symbol remains lit, indicating that a service is required.

Service distance exceeded
Each time the ignition is switched on, the spanner symbol flashes for 5 seconds, indicating that a service must be carried out promptly.
Example: service distance exceeded by 300 km.
When the ignition is switched on, the display shows for 5 seconds:

5 seconds after the ignition is switched on, the total odometer returns to normal display. The spanner symbol remains lit.

On BlueHDi Diesel versions, the warning is also accompanied by the "Service" light staying on continuously from the moment the ignition is switched on. The remaining distance may also be affected by time, depending on the driving style and habits of the driver. The spanner symbol may therefore come on when the time since the last service exceeds the period specified in the manufacturer's maintenance schedule. On BlueHDi Diesel versions, the spanner symbol may also come on early, depending on the degree of engine oil deterioration (depending on the country of sale). Engine oil deterioration is affected by the vehicle's conditions of use.
