Engaging reverse gear (vehicle stationary)

Move the lever as shown in the diagram on knob 1.

The reversing lights come on when reverse gear is engaged (with the ignition switched on).

If the underbody of the vehicle is struck during a manoeuvre (for example, hitting a kerb, a raised edge or another road obstacle), the vehicle may be damaged (e.g. a bent axle). To avoid the risk of a more serious fault, have the vehicle checked by an Authorised Dacia Partner.
