If the vehicle is equipped with them, luggage or additional equipment (bicycle carriers, ski carriers, etc.) can be carried:

  • on the roof rack;
  • on cross bars fitted to the longitudinal roof rails 1,
  • directly on the longitudinal roof rails.

Fitting roof rails to vehicles that were not equipped with them at the factory is prohibited.

For selecting accessories suited to your vehicle, we recommend contacting an authorised brand partner. To fit towing equipment, read the instructions supplied by its manufacturer. These instructions must be kept with the other vehicle documents. Maximum roof rack load: see the "Weights" section in chapter 6.
