Following the procedure described above, raise the vehicle with the jack and remove the spare wheel.
Versions with steel wheelsProceed as follows:
- Make sure that the contact surface of the spare wheel and the wheel hub are clean and free of any dirt that could later cause the wheel bolts to loosen;
- Fit the standard wheel onto the centring pins t, aligning the holes with s - Fig. 7;
- Using the supplied wheel wrench, tighten the wheel bolts;
- Lower the vehicle and retract the jack;
- Using the supplied wheel wrench, tighten the wheel bolts evenly and in a crosswise sequence as shown in Fig. 8;
- Fit the wheel trim so that the valve points outward through the opening in the wheel trim;
- Press on the edge of the wheel trim, starting from the area near the valve, until it snaps fully into place.
Note: incorrect fitting may cause the wheel trim to come off while the vehicle is being driven.

Versions with alloy wheels
Proceed as follows:

- Using the supplied wheel wrench, tighten the wheel bolts evenly and in a crosswise sequence, in the order previously shown for the spare wheel (see Fig. 8);
- Refit the hub cap.
- Place the spare wheel g - Fig. 10 in its designated recess in the luggage compartment;
- Return the partially raised jack to its container f and press it firmly into its holder to prevent vibration while driving;
