The parking brake lever is located between the front seats.

Applying the parking brake: pull lever A up until the vehicle wheels are locked.

Releasing the parking brake: lift lever A slightly, press and hold button B, while checking that the warning lamp goes out
in the instrument cluster.

CAUTION

106) Never leave children unattended in the vehicle. When leaving the vehicle, always remove the ignition key and take it with you.

107) The vehicle should lock after the lever has clicked several times. If it does not, contact a Fiat authorised dealer for adjustment.

108) When parking on slopes, it is important to turn the front wheels towards the curb if the vehicle is facing downhill, and away from the curb if the vehicle is facing uphill. If the vehicle is parked on a very steep road, it is also recommended to chock the wheels with wedges or stones.
