When you press the accelerator pedal, you override the set speed and distance.

Use the accelerator pedal to intentionally exceed the set speed limit.

When you lock out the system, the green indicator illuminates and the vehicle image does not appear in the information display.

The system resumes operation when you release the accelerator pedal. The vehicle speed decreases to the set speed or to a lower speed if you are following a slower vehicle.
