1. To program new remote control transmitters, turn the ignition key to position II four times within six seconds.

2. Set the ignition key to position 0. An audible signal confirms that remote control transmitters can be programmed within 10 seconds.

3. Press any button on the new remote control transmitter.

4. Repeat this last step with all remote control transmitters, including the original. Do not remove the key from the ignition switch while pressing the button on this remote control transmitter.

5. Turn the ignition on again (key in position II) or wait 10 seconds without programming another remote control transmitter to exit key programming mode. You can now use only the remote control transmitters you have just programmed to lock and unlock the vehicle.
