110 V AC power outlet (if equipped)
In this manual: Auxiliary Power Points
~1min read
You can use the power point for electrical devices requiring up to 150 W. It is located at the rear of the center console.
B
When the power outlet indicator light is:
- On: the power outlet is operating, the ignition is on and a device is connected.
- Off: the power outlet is disabled, the ignition is off or no device is connected.
- Flashing: the power outlet is in fault mode.
The power outlet temporarily shuts off power in fault mode if a device exceeds the 150 W limit. Unplug your devices and switch the ignition off. Switch the ignition on, but do not connect the device again. Allow the system to cool and switch the ignition off to clear the fault mode. Switch the ignition on again and make sure the indicator stays on.
Do not use the power point for the following electrical devices, including:
- Cathode ray tube (CRT) or tube-type televisions.
- Motor-driven loads such as vacuum cleaners, chain saws and other power tools, or compressor-driven refrigerators.
- Measuring devices that process precise data, such as medical equipment or measuring instruments.
- Other devices requiring an extremely stable power supply, such as microcomputer-controlled electric blankets or touch lamps.
