DANGER

The system only provides protection if the seat belt is worn correctly.

The corresponding warning light illuminates together with an audible signal under any of the following conditions:
  • The driver's seat belt is not fastened and the vehicle exceeds a relatively low speed.
  • The front passenger seat is occupied, but the seat belt is not fastened and the vehicle exceeds a relatively low speed.
If the seat belt is not fastened, both the warning light and the audible signal switch off automatically after approximately five minutes.
