WARNINGS

  • Switch off all lights and turn off the ignition. Failure to heed this warning may result in serious personal injury.
  • Bulbs get hot when lit. Allow them to cool before removing them.

Use a bulb that meets the specifications. See Bulb Specification Chart (page 252).

Unless otherwise stated, installation is the reverse of removal.

Headlamp

You must remove the headlamp lens before replacing any bulb. See Headlamp Removal (page 247).

Phare

  1. Front position lamp.
  2. High beam.
  3. Low beam.
  4. Front turn signal.

Front position light

  1. Remove the headlamp.
  2. Remove the cover.
  3. Remove the bulb holder by pulling it straight out.
  4. Remove the bulb by pulling it straight out.

Front turn signal

  1. Remove the headlamp.
  2. Turn the bulb holder counterclockwise and remove it.

Note: The bulb cannot be separated from the bulb holder.

Low beam

  1. Remove the headlamp.
  2. Remove the cover.
  3. Turn the bulb holder counterclockwise and remove it.
  4. Disconnect the connector.

Note: Do not touch the glass of the bulb.

Note: The bulb cannot be separated from the bulb holder.

High beam

  1. Remove the headlamp.
  2. Remove the cover.
  3. Turn the bulb holder counterclockwise and remove it.
  4. Disconnect the connector.

Note: Do not touch the glass of the bulb. Note: The bulb cannot be separated from the bulb holder.

High Intensity Discharge Headlamps

These headlamps operate on high voltage. Contact an authorized dealer if a fault occurs.

LED Lamps

LED lamps cannot be repaired. Contact an authorized dealer if a fault occurs.

The following lamps are LED:

  • Stop lamp and tail lamp.
  • Center high-mounted stop lamp.
  • Daytime running lamps.
  • Rear turn signals.
  • Side turn signals.

Reversing lights

  1. Carefully remove the trim panel.
  2. Remove the wing nut.
  3. Carefully remove the trunk weatherstrip and gently push the interior trim to access the second wing nut.
  4. Remove the wing nut.
  5. Gently remove the lamp assembly from the vehicle.

  1. Turn the bulb holder counterclockwise and remove it.
Feu de recul

  1. Remove the bulb from the bulb holder.

License Plate Lamp Bulb Replacement

  1. Carefully release the spring clip.
  2. Remove the lamp.
  3. Remove the bulb.
