Heated seats
WARNING
People who have reduced sensitivity to pain in their skin due to advanced age, chronic illness, diabetes, injury, medication, alcohol, fatigue or any other physical condition must be careful when using the heated seat. The heated seat can cause burns, even at low temperatures, especially when used for long periods. Make sure not to place insulating materials on the seats, such as a blanket or cushion. Otherwise, the heated seat may overheat.
Make sure not to puncture the seat with pins, needles or any other sharp object. Failure to observe this warning may damage the heating element, which may then cause the heated seat to overheat. An overheated heated seat can cause serious injury.
Do not:
- place heavy objects on the seat;
- use the heated seat if water or any other liquid has been spilled on it; allow the seat to dry completely first;
- use the heated seats when the engine is not running; this may discharge the battery.

Press the heated seat symbol to cycle through the different heat settings and to turn the function off. Increased heat settings are indicated by additional indicator lights.
