If equipped, LDW can help avoid a crash caused by an unintentional lane departure. It can provide a warning if the vehicle crosses a detected lane marking without the turn signal being used in the direction of the lane departure. Because this system is part of the Lane Keep Assist (LKA) system, read the entire LKA section before using this feature.
