GMC Terrain. Security Light

The security light should come on briefly when the engine is started. If it does not come on, have the vehicle serviced by your dealer. If the system is working properly, the light will turn off.

If the light continues to flash or stays on and the engine does not start, there may be a problem with the theft-deterrent system. Refer to Immobilizer Operation.
