• Do not remove or disconnect the airbags. Together with the seat belts, the airbags provide the most effective protection in the event of a traffic accident.

• Do not open the units or modify the wiring of the airbag system and the automatic seat belt tensioning devices. Such actions may cause the airbags and seat belt pretensioners to deploy unintentionally and may result in injury to you or others.

• Do not allow moisture to get on the front seatbacks. If the seatback is soaked with water or other liquid, normal operation of the side airbags will be impossible.
