Except for vehicles supplied to South Africa: Operate the vehicle only on diesel fuel.

Use diesel fuel that meets the requirements of European standard EN590. In addition, the fuel used must be suitable for the season.

Diesel fuel quality may vary between countries. Use only clean, good-quality fuel.

Do not use biodiesel fuel (neat or fuel with a biodiesel content above the values specified in EN590). For more detailed information, contact an authorized Honda dealer.

Use fuel appropriate for the climatic conditions in which the vehicle is operated. Using unsuitable fuel may result in reduced engine output. In this case, the message "PGM-FI" may appear on the multi-information display.

At very low ambient temperatures, peak engine output during starting may be limited.

This helps ensure proper fuel delivery for normal engine operation.

To prevent fuel selection errors, the fuel filler cap is marked "DIESEL".

Using gasoline in a diesel engine may cause serious damage.

Vehicles with diesel engine

Only for vehicles supplied to South Africa: Operate the vehicle only on diesel fuel.

Use Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel fuel. In addition, the fuel used must be suitable for the season.

Your vehicle must not be operated on biodiesel fuel. For more detailed information, contact an authorized Honda dealer.
