Sealant Distribution
10. Drive immediately for approximately 4~6 miles (7~10 km or about 10 minutes) to distribute the sealant evenly inside the tire.
Do not exceed a speed of 80 km/h. If possible, do not drop below 20 km/h.
While driving, if you notice abnormal vibration, noise, or driving disturbances, reduce speed and drive carefully until you reach a safe place off the road.
Contact roadside assistance or a towing service.
When using the tire repair kit, the tire pressure sensors and wheel may be damaged by the sealant. Remove any sealant residue from the pressure sensors and wheel, and have them checked by an authorized dealer.
Checking Tire Pressure
1. After driving approximately 4~6 miles (7~10 km or about 10 minutes), stop in a safe place.
2. Connect the compressor hose (8) directly to the valve.
3. Connect the compressor power cable to the vehicle's power outlet.
4. Adjust the tire inflation pressure to the recommended pressure.
- With the ignition on, proceed as follows: To increase the inflation pressure: turn on the compressor, position "I".
To check the actual inflation pressure setting, turn off the compressor briefly.
NOTE
The gauge may show a higher pressure than the actual pressure while the compressor is running.
To obtain an accurate tire pressure, the compressor must be turned off.
NOTICE - Tire Pressure Sensor. HYUNDAI recommends using sealant from the Tire Mobility Kit available from an authorized HYUNDAI dealer. The sealant must be removed from the tire pressure sensor and wheel when replacing the tire with a new one, and the tire pressure sensors should be checked by an authorized dealer.Technical specifications
