Air Conditioner Air Filter

~1min read

The air conditioning and heating system air filter installed in the vehicle filters dust and other pollutants that enter the vehicle from outside through the air conditioning and heating system.

If dust and debris accumulate in the filter over time, airflow from the vents may decrease, causing moisture to build up on the inside of the windshield even when the fresh air position is selected. If this occurs, it is recommended that the air conditioner filter be checked by an authorized HYUNDAI dealer.

NOTE

- Check the filter according to the maintenance schedule in Section 7.

If the vehicle is driven in severe conditions such as dusty or rough roads, the air conditioner filter should be inspected and replaced more often.

- If the airflow suddenly decreases, it is recommended that the system be checked by an authorized HYUNDAI dealer.
