Removal and Installation

  1. Remove the engine undercover. (Refer to Engine and Transaxle Assembly - "Engine Undercover")
  2. To release the tension, turn the drive belt tensioner (A) clockwise, then remove the drive belt (B).
  3. To install, perform the removal procedure in reverse order.

Inspection

  1. Visually inspect the belt for excessive wear, frayed cords, etc. If any defects are found, replace the drive belt.
  2. Measure the belt tension and adjust it.
