Operating Condition
- This system is activated when the Parking Distance Warning (Reverse/Forward) system button is pressed with the engine running.
- The Parking Distance Warning (Reverse/Forward) system button is turned on automatically, and the Parking Distance Warning (Reverse/Forward) system is activated when the gear selector lever is shifted to R (Reverse). However, if the vehicle speed exceeds 10 km/h, the system will not warn you even if objects are detected, and if the vehicle speed exceeds 20 km/h, the system will turn off automatically. NOTICE
- The indicator may differ from the illustration depending on objects or sensor conditions. If the indicator flashes, we recommend that the system be inspected by an authorized HYUNDAI dealer.
- If the warning sound does not operate or the buzzer sounds intermittently when the gear selector lever is shifted to R (Reverse), there may be a malfunction in the Parking Distance Warning (Reverse/Forward) system. If this occurs, we recommend that your vehicle be inspected by an authorized HYUNDAI dealer as soon as possible.
