The system will move the driver's seat automatically as follows:

  • With Smart Key or Remote Key:
    - The driver's seat moves rearward and downward when the ignition key is removed.
    - The driver's seat moves forward and upward when the ignition key is inserted.
  • With Smart Key:
    - The driver's seat moves rearward and downward when the Engine Start/Stop button is pressed to the OFF position.
    - The driver's seat moves forward and upward when the Engine Start/Stop button is pressed to the ACC or START position.

You can activate or deactivate the Easy Access Function from the User Settings mode on the cluster LCD.

"Convenience → Easy Access Seat Slide → Off/Normal/Extended".

"Convenience → Easy Access Seat Height".

❈ The "Seat (Up/Down) Easy Access Function" may not operate below a certain seat height to prevent passenger injury.

CAUTION

The driver must be careful when using this function to make sure there is no injury to a passenger or child in the rear seat. In an emergency, the driver should stop the movement of the front seat (when the Easy Access Function is activated) by pressing the SET button or any of the driver's seat control switches.
