Description and Operation

Description

The in-vehicle temperature sensor is built into the heater and air conditioner control unit. The sensor consists of a thermistor that measures the interior temperature. The signal is determined by the resistance value, which changes according to the sensed interior temperature, and is sent to the heater control unit. Based on this signal, the control unit adjusts the interior temperature to the set value.
