WARNING

If the 4WD indicator light () stays on in the instrument cluster, the 4WD system of your vehicle may not be operating correctly. If the 4WD indicator light () is illuminated, we recommend having the vehicle inspected by an authorized HYUNDAI dealer as soon as possible.

WARNING

When driving on normal roads, turn off the 4WD LOCK mode by pressing the 4WD LOCK button (the 4WD LOCK indicator light goes off). Driving on normal roads in 4WD LOCK mode, especially when cornering, may cause vibration or mechanical noise. These will disappear when the 4WD LOCK mode is turned off. Continued driving with such noise and vibration may damage some powertrain components.

NOTICE

When 4WD mode is off, you may feel all driving force being transmitted to the two front wheels.
