Battery Saver Function (if equipped)

• This function is designed to prevent battery discharge.
The system automatically turns off the exterior lights when the driver removes the key from the ignition switch (engine stop with smart key) and opens the driver's door.
• Due to this function, the parking lights are automatically turned off if the driver parks on the roadside at night. If you need to keep the lights on after removing the key from the ignition switch (engine stop with smart key), do the following:

1) Open the driver's door.
2) Turn the parking lights off and back on using the switch on the steering column.

Therefore, this action may discharge the battery.

When leaving the vehicle this way, be sure to turn off the headlights manually.
