Cargo Security Screen (if equipped)

Use the cargo security screen to conceal items stored in the cargo area.

To use the cargo security screen:

1. Pull the screen handle toward the rear of the vehicle.

2. Insert the guide pin into the guide.

When the cargo safety screen is not in use:

1. Pull the cargo security screen rearward and upward to release it from the guides.

2. The cargo security screen will retract automatically.

✽ NOTICE

The cargo security screen may not retract automatically if it is not fully extended. In this case, pull the screen out, then slowly allow it to retract.

To remove the cargo security screen:

1. Insert the guide pin.

2. Press the guide pin and remove the cargo security screen.

3. Open the luggage tray and leave the cargo security screen in the tray.

WARNING

• Do not place objects on the cargo security screen. Such objects may be thrown around inside the vehicle and may injure passengers during a crash or sudden braking.
• Never allow anyone to ride in the cargo area. It is designed for cargo only.

Do not place objects on the cargo security screen. This may damage the cargo security screen.
