Floor Mat Anchor(s)

ALWAYS use the floor mat anchors to secure the front floor mats to the vehicle. The anchors on the front floor mats prevent the mats from sliding forward.

Your vehicle is equipped with floor mat anchors on the driver's side designed to securely hold the floor mat in place. To avoid any interference with pedal operation, HYUNDAI recommends using only HYUNDAI floor mats designed for use in your vehicle.

WARNING

If a floor mat is the wrong size or is improperly installed, it may interfere with the accelerator or brake pedal while driving. Observe the following precautions when installing any floor mat:

• ALWAYS make sure the floor mats are securely fastened to the floor mat anchors and do not interfere with the accelerator or brake pedal before driving the vehicle.
• Use only HYUNDAI floor mats designed for use in your vehicle.
• Do not place floor mats on top of one another (for example, an all-weather rubber mat on top of a carpeted mat).
• Only one floor mat should be installed in each position.
• Do not place anything on the driver's floor mat.
• Do not install floor mats upside down or backward.
