The hazard warning flasher alerts other drivers to exercise extreme caution when approaching, passing, or overtaking your vehicle.

It should be used whenever you make emergency repairs or when stopping near the edge of the roadway.

To turn the hazard warning flasher on or off, press the hazard warning flasher button with the ignition switch in any position. The hazard warning flasher button is located in the center fascia panel. All turn signal indicators flash simultaneously.

  • • The hazard warning flasher works whether your vehicle is running or not.
  • • The turn signals do not operate when the hazard warning flasher is on.
