The Safe Exit Warning uses rear corner radars to help detect a vehicle approaching the rear of your vehicle after the vehicle has stopped and a passenger opens the door.

If the Safe Exit Warning is activated, an audible warning sound and a warning message may appear on the instrument cluster.

Warning timing may vary depending on the speed of the detected vehicle.
