A/C Button

Press the A/C button to turn on the air conditioning (A/C). The A/C indicator illuminates when the A/C is on.

NOTE:

• For manual climate control, if the system is in Mix, Floor, or Defrost mode, the A/C may be turned off, but the A/C system should remain active to prevent window fogging.
• If there is fog or frost on the windshield or side windows, select Defrost mode and increase the fan speed as necessary.
• If the air conditioning performance seems lower than expected, inspect the front of the A/C condenser (located in front of the radiator) for accumulated dirt or insects. Clean the front of the radiator and the condenser with a gentle stream of water.
