Backup Airbag Warning Lamp

If a malfunction is detected that may affect the Supplemental Restraint System (SRS), the redundant airbag warning light on the instrument panel will illuminate. The redundant airbag warning light will remain on until the malfunction is corrected. In addition, a single chime will sound to alert you that the redundant airbag warning light has come on and a malfunction has been detected. If the redundant airbag warning light flashes intermittently or remains on while driving, have an authorized dealer service the vehicle immediately.
