Removal

  1. Open the fuel filler door and remove the filler neck mounting screw (A).
  2. Raise the vehicle.
  3. Remove the rear LH wheel, tire and inner wheel housing.
  4. Disconnect the fuel tank hose (A).
  5. Disconnect the vent hose (B) from the fuel tank air filter.
  6. Remove the filler neck assembly from the vehicle by removing the bracket mounting bolt (A).

Installation

  1. Install in the reverse order of removal. Filler neck bracket bolt: 7.8 ~ 11.8 N·m Filler neck mounting screw: 7.8 ~ 11.8 N·m
