Removal

  1. Raise the vehicle and support the fuel tank with a jack.
  2. Remove the nuts from the fuel tank.
  3. Release the fuel tank straps (A).
  4. Disconnect the fuel tank hose (A).
  5. Remove the fuel cut-off valve (A).

Installation

  1. Install in the reverse order of removal.

Inspection

  1. Visually inspect the valve for deformation or damage.
  2. Check that the valve spring operates normally.
