Removal

  1. Remove the fuel pump. (Refer to Fuel System - "Fuel Pump")
  2. Disconnect the electric pump connector (A) and the fuel level sensor connector (B).
  3. Remove the damper tube fixing clip (A), then separate the head assembly (B) from the reservoir cup.
  4. Remove the return injector (B) by releasing the locking hook (A).
  5. Remove the reservoir cup after releasing the locking hooks (A).
  6. Remove the pre-filter (B) by releasing the locking hooks (A).
    Be careful with the O-ring.
  7. Remove the fuel pressure regulator (A) in the direction shown.

Installation

  1. Install in the reverse order of removal.
