1. Turn the ignition key and all other switches off.
2. Open the fuse panel cover.
If the switch is in the OFF position, the warning light will be displayed in the instrument cluster.
CAUTION
- When replacing a blown fuse or relay, make sure the new fuse or relay fits securely in the clips. Failure to fully seat the fuse or relay may result in damage to the wiring and electrical system.
- Do not remove fuses, relays, and terminals secured by bolts or nuts. Fuses, relays, and terminals may not be secured properly, which may cause damage to the vehicle.

3. Pull the suspected fuse straight out. Use the removal tool provided in the engine compartment fuse panel cover.
4. Check the removed fuse; replace it if it is blown. Spare fuses are located in the fuse block in the engine compartment.
5. Insert a new fuse of the same rating, and make sure it fits securely in the clips.
If it does not fit securely, contact an authorized Kia dealer.
If you do not have a spare fuse, use a fuse of the same rating from a circuit you may not need to operate the vehicle, such as the power outlet fuse.
If the headlight, turn signal light, stop light, fog light, tail light, or HMSL does not work and the fuses are good, check the fuse panel in the engine compartment. If a fuse is blown, it must be replaced.
✽ NOTICE
If the headlight, fog light, turn signal light, or tail light malfunctions even without a lamp problem, have the vehicle checked by an authorized Kia dealer.
CAUTION - Fuse Panel Cover

✽ NOTICE
- Before driving, set all switches to the ON position.
- If the vehicle will not be used for more than 1 month, set all switches to the OFF position so that the battery is not discharged.
