Your vehicle with a manual transaxle should not be push started, because this may damage the emission control system. Vehicles with an automatic transaxle / dual clutch transmission cannot be push started. Follow the instructions in this section for jump starting.

WARNING

Never tow the vehicle to start it, because a sudden forward jerk when the engine starts may result in a collision with the towing vehicle.
