Inspection

With the power seat switch in each position, check that continuity exists between the terminals below. If continuity does not match the specification, replace the power seat switch. A: Power Seat Control Switch B: Lumbar Support Switch

Removal

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the seat control switch (A).
  3. Remove the seat side cover (A). (Refer to Group BD - "Front Seat")
  4. Disconnect the connector of the power seat control switch (A).
  5. Remove the power seat control switch (A) by loosening the mounting screws (3EA).

Installation
  • Make sure that the connectors of the IMS control switch and the corresponding connectors are connected correctly.
  • Make sure that the IMS control switch operates normally.
  1. Connect the connectors and install the IMS control switch.
  2. Install the side seat cover.
