  1. Turn-on condition
    A. When tire pressure is below the threshold
    B. When the sensor detects a rapid leak.
  2. Turn-off condition
    A. Insufficient inflation; when tire pressure is above (warning threshold + hysteresis).
    B. Rapid leakage; when tire pressure is above (leak warning threshold).
  3. Turn-on condition
    A. At the same time as the TREAD Lamp.
    B. Indicates the wheel location where inflation/leakage has occurred.
  4. Turn-off condition

  5. Turn-on condition
    A. When the system detects a malfunction that is external to the receiver/sensor.
    B. When the system detects a receiver malfunction.
    C. When the system detects a sensor malfunction.
  6. Turn-off condition
    A. If the malfunction is considered "critical", the lamp stays on for the entire current ignition cycle (even if the DTC has been downgraded). This is because it is important to bring the problem to the attention of drivers. At the next ignition cycle, the downgrade conditions will be rechecked. If the conditions for downgrade are met, the lamp will turn off. This will continue until the DTC downgrade check is completed.
    B. "Non-critical" malfunctions are those that may occur temporarily, for example, when the vehicle battery voltage is low. Therefore, the lamp turns off when the DTC downgrade condition occurs.
  7. General Function
    A. The system monitors a number of inputs over time to determine whether a malfunction exists.
    B. Malfunctions are ranked according to which one has the highest probable cause.
    C. The maximum number of errors is 15.
    D. Some malfunctions are not covered by DTCs. The main ones are:
    1. Receiver microcontroller lock; requires monitoring of the warning lamp at ignition ON for diagnosis.
    2. Stuck ignition line; requires monitoring of the warning lamp at ignition ON for diagnosis.
