The 360° Surround View Monitor does not replace proper and safe parking procedures. The 360° Surround View Monitor may not detect all objects around the vehicle. Always drive safely and exercise caution when parking.

The 360° Surround View Monitor can assist with parking by allowing the driver to see around the vehicle. Press the button to the [ON] position to activate the system.

To deactivate the system, press the button again.

Operating Conditions

- When the Engine Start/Stop button is in the ON position
- When the transmission is in the D, N, or R position

  • When the vehicle is moving in reverse, the 360° Surround View Monitor operates regardless of the button position and vehicle speed.
  • When the trunk and the driver's/passenger's door are open and the outside mirror is folded, a warning appears on the 360° Surround View Monitor.
  • If the 360° Surround View Monitor does not operate normally, the system should be inspected by an authorized Kia dealer.

This system is a supplemental system only. It is the driver's responsibility to always check the area around the vehicle before and while driving.
