The 12 V sockets are intended to supply power to mobile phones and other devices that can be operated from the vehicle's onboard power supply. Devices that consume less than 10 A while the engine is running can be used.
WARNING
- Use the power outlet only while the engine is running, and pull the accessory plug out after use. Prolonged use of the accessory plug with the engine off may discharge the battery.
- Use only 12 V electrical accessories with a power consumption of no more than 10 A.
- When using the power outlet, set the air conditioning or heater to the lowest operating level.
- Close the cover when the power outlet is not in use.
- Some electronic devices may cause electronic interference when connected to the vehicle power outlet. These devices may cause significant interference with the audio system and convenience functions or other electronic systems or devices installed in the vehicle.
- Using electrical devices with excessive power consumption may cause the outlet and cables to overheat. This may result in a short circuit.
- Always make sure electrical devices are firmly connected to the outlet. Incomplete connection may result in a short circuit.
- Electrical devices with a built-in battery may cause a current flow that can lead to malfunction of the electrical/electronic devices in your vehicle. Use only electrical devices equipped with a reverse current prevention device.
WARNING
Do not insert fingers or foreign objects (e.g. pins, etc.) into the power outlet and do not touch it with wet hands. You may receive an electric shock.
