Connecting an External Device

~1min read

External audio players (camcorders, car video recorders, etc.) can be played through a dedicated cable.

✽ NOTICE

  • If the external device connector is connected to the AUX jack, AUX mode operates automatically. Once the connector is disconnected, the previous mode will be restored.
  • AUX mode can only be used when an external audio player (camcorder, car video recorder, etc.) is connected.
  • AUX volume can be adjusted separately from other sound modes.
  • Connecting the plug to the AUX terminal without an external device switches the system to AUX mode, but only outputs noise. When an external device is not used, also remove the plug from the jack.
  • When the power supply of the external device is connected to an electrical outlet, the playing external device may output noise. In such cases, disconnect the power connection before use.
  • Fully insert the AUX cable into the AUX jack when in use.
