The parking assist system helps the driver while the vehicle is moving by sounding an audible warning or displaying the detection area of the obstacle on the instrument cluster, if an object is detected within 100 cm (39.4 in.) in front of and 120 cm (47 in.) behind the vehicle.

This system is supplementary and does not replace the need for extreme caution and attention of the driver.

The detection range and the objects detected by the sensors are limited.

Whenever you are driving, pay as much attention to what is in front of and behind you as you would in a vehicle without the parking assist system.

WARNING

The parking assist system should be considered only as a supplementary function. The driver must check the front and rear view. The operation of the parking assist system may be affected by many factors and environmental conditions, so the driver is always responsible.
