Headlamp (Low Beam, Non-HID)

Perform steps 1 through 7 of the previous procedure.

8. Remove the cap by turning it counterclockwise.

9. Remove the socket from the assembly by turning the socket counterclockwise until the tabs on the socket align with the slots in the assembly.

10. Pull the bulb out of the socket.

11. Insert the new bulb into the socket.

12. Install the socket into the assembly, aligning the tabs on the socket with the slots in the assembly. Press the socket into the assembly and turn the connector clockwise.

13. Install the headlamp bulb cap by turning it clockwise.

We recommend that headlamp aim be adjusted after an accident or after reinstalling the headlamp at an authorized Kia dealer.
