Your vehicle is equipped with an emergency trunk release lever located inside the trunk. If someone is accidentally locked in the trunk, move the lever in the direction of the arrow to release the trunk latch and open the trunk.

WARNING

  • No one should be allowed to ride in the trunk at any time. The trunk is a very dangerous place in the event of a collision.
  • Use the release lever only in an emergency. Use extreme caution, especially while the vehicle is moving.
