Floor Mat Anchor(s)

When using a floor mat on the front floor carpet, make sure it is secured to the floor mat anchors in the vehicle. This prevents the floor mat from sliding forward.
WARNING. Aftermarket Floor Mats.
Do not install aftermarket floor mats that cannot be securely fastened to the vehicle's floor mat anchors. Unsecured floor mats may interfere with pedal operation and contribute to a collision, resulting in serious injury or death.
When installing ANY floor mat in the vehicle, observe the following.
- Make sure floor mats are securely fastened to the vehicle floor anchor(s) before driving the vehicle.
- Do not use ANY floor mats that cannot be securely attached to the vehicle floor mat anchors.
- Do not place floor mats on top of each other (for example, an all-weather rubber mat over a carpeted mat). Only one floor mat should be installed in each position.
✽ NOTICE
Your vehicle was manufactured with floor mat anchors on the driver's side floor, designed to securely fasten the floor mat. To avoid any interference with the pedals, Kia recommends using only Kia floor mats designed for use in your vehicle.
