Repair Procedures

Replacement

  1. Remove the crankshaft damper pulley. (Refer to Drive Belt System - "Crankshaft Damper Pulley")
  2. Remove the front crankshaft oil seal (A).
  3. Using the SST (09214-1R100, 09231-H1100), install a new front oil seal, then apply engine oil to the lip of the new seal.
  4. Install the crankshaft damper pulley. (Refer to Drive Belt System - "Crankshaft Damper Pulley")
