1. Clutch pedal assembly
2. Ignition lock and clutch switch
3. Clutch master cylinder		 4. Clutch adjuster
5. Clutch tube

Repair Procedures

Removal

  1. Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the negative (-) battery cable.
  2. Remove the battery. G 1.0 T-GDI KAPPA (See Engine Electrical System - Battery)
  3. Remove the ECM. G 1.0 T-GDI KAPPA (See Engine Control/Fuel System - Engine Control Module (ECM))
  4. Remove the stopper pins (A), then remove the regulator (B).

Installation

  1. Install in the reverse order of removal.
  2. After installation, perform the air bleeding procedure for the clutch release cylinder after filling with brake fluid. (Refer to Clutch Release Cylinder - "Adjustment")
