  • Press the brake pedal.
  • Depress the clutch pedal if equipped with a manual transmission.
  • Shift to N (Neutral) if equipped with an automatic transmission.
  • Press the O/CANCEL switch located on the steering wheel.
  • Reduce the vehicle speed below the memorized speed by 20 km/h.
  • Reduce the vehicle speed to less than approximately 30 km/h.

Each of these actions will cancel cruise control (the cruise indicator light goes off), but does not turn the system off. If you want to resume cruise control, move the lever up (to RES+) located on the steering wheel. You will return to your previous set speed.
