SEVERE DRIVING CONDITIONS

A: Repeated short trips of less than 8 km (5 miles) in normal temperature, or less than 16 km (10 miles) in freezing temperature.
B: Extended engine idling or low-speed driving over long distances.
C: Driving on rough, dusty, muddy, unpaved, gravel, or salted roads.
D: Driving in areas using salt or other corrosive materials, or in very cold weather.
E: Driving in heavy dust conditions.
F: Driving in heavy stop-and-go traffic.
G: Repeated driving on hills, downhill grades, or mountain roads.
H: Towing a trailer or using a camper with a roof rack.
I: Driving a police car, taxi, or other commercial use of vehicle towing.
J: Driving at speeds above 170 km/h.
K: Frequent driving in conditions with frequent stops.
