Vehicles equipped with an anti-theft system will have a label attached to the vehicle with the following words:

2. SECURITY SYSTEM

Kia Soul. Theft-alarm system

This system is designed to protect against unauthorized entry into the vehicle. The system operates in three stages: the first stage is "Armed," the second stage is "Theft Alarm," and the third stage is "Disarmed." If the system is triggered, it sounds the horn and flashes the hazard warning lights.
