WARNING

Windshield washer fluid/antifreeze is highly flammable. Therefore, do not spill windshield washer fluid/antifreeze onto hot engine components, as it may ignite and burn. You or other persons could be seriously burned.

Only use windshield washer fluid that is compatible with plastic headlamp lenses (SummerFit MB or WinterFit MB, for example). Using an unsuitable product may damage the plastic headlamp lenses. Do not use distilled or deionized water in the windshield washer fluid reservoir. Otherwise, the fill level sensor may be damaged. Only SummerFit MB and WinterFit MB washer fluids are miscible with each other. Otherwise, the nozzles may become clogged

Temperatures above freezing point:

  • Fill the washer fluid reservoir with a mixture of water and windshield washer fluid (SummerFit MB, for example).
  • Mix 1 part SummerFit MB with 100 parts water.

Temperatures below freezing point:

  • Fill the washer fluid reservoir with a mixture of water and windshield washer fluid (WinterFit MB, for example). Adjust the mixing ratio to the outside temperature.
  • Temperatures down to -10 °C:mélangez 1 volume de WinterFit MB avec 2 volumes d'eau.:
    mix 1 part WinterFit MB with 2 parts water.
  • Temperatures down to -20 °C:mélangez 1 volume de WinterFit MB avec 1 volume d'eau.:
    mix 1 part WinterFit MB with 1 part water.
  • Temperatures down to -29 °C:mélangez 2 volumes de WinterFit MB avec 1 volume d'eau.:
    mix 2 parts WinterFit MB with 1 part water.
Mix windshield washer fluid (SummerFit MB or WinterFit MB, for example) with water all year round.
